Just wanted to share with you what I have been up to lately…

I just finished my second wool soaker, this one made of 100% merino wool. And this one actually fits my baby!!! YAY!!! And look how sweet she looks in it!!!

I also made curtains for my living room/dining room ~ our Walmart is phasing out the fabric department here
but the upside to that is that this beautiful fabric was 50% off

The colors in the picture came out a tad brighter than the true colors of the fabric and the wall, but you get the idea. I also made that little dinky pillow on the corner of the couch (making a dinky pillow was not my intention ~ haha).

And here’s a picture of my first corned beef brisket dinner (it was SUPER yummy:) )
Mmmmmm….

Here’s a picture of Sammy showing me is bike “stunts”.

And here is a shot I took right before he slipped and busted his head on the handle bars. hehe

And of couse, we can’t leave out pics of my Mina (in her multi-purpose wrap)…

that’s a really nice looking pillow you have there deb!! mine would be a simple square with no accents, lol. i love the wrap you using for alena’s hair!! those curtains look GREAT; are you using sheets like lori or going for fabric and starting from scratch??

So cute…EVERYTHING! The curtains, the soaker, the wrap…even Sammy with his eyes closed about to fall down:) I can’t believe how quickly time passes and children grow. Love you!

I love love love everything. The curtains are FABULOUS. That pillow is super-cool. Teach me how to make a pillow with piping.
Thanks. hehe Mina’s wrap is BEAUTIFUL. And, tell Sammy that I said to stop growing. Right. Now.
We have to get together for our sew-a-thon when I come back from Louisiana. Soon.

curious about the wool soaker! Did you knit it? I’ve been using fuzzi bunz up until now. They last me a good 2 years before giving out on me, and it’s time to beef up my supply. The price is killing us this time around, not to mention the polyester. Yuck. I really want to do some wool soakers with a simple prefold inside…
